For all abilities, ages and bodies!

Get a move on in a relaxed , supportive enviorment where you will create  movement that suits your body under the direction of Dancer, choreographer, and Gerontologist Cathy Weiss.  Cathy is trained to teach all abilities through the Liz Lerman Methodology.  Just Come, and trust me... you will dance! You will be part of a collaborative dance troupe! Performance opportunities are optional. No special clothes or shoes needed.
