Come and learn how to meditate. This basic course will help you in relaxing the body and begin to control the mind through easy visualization exercises. I show you useful tools that you can use at home to enhance a sense of well-being and peacefulness, and give you information about meditation.
Passage to a Higher Consciousness
For those who practice meditating, this course will add information and expertise to the meditative process. We will explore areas of Vibrational Medicine, Energy Fields, Chakra System and other metaphysical subjects. This course is the next step for those who have taken Basic Meditation and Awareness or for the intermediate and experienced meditator who is seeking information and knowledge to assist them in their spiritual journey.

Classes are held at Stone Temple Institute in the Lower Level.
Wear comfortable loose non-constricting clothing. You may bring a pillow to sit on. Bring water to hydrate. Note taking and journaling are encouraged and handouts will be given during the lecture part of class.

Deb Sodergren is the instructor, she is a nationally certified Reiki Master Teacher and has a Certification to Teach Meditation.
