Spring Schedule
Whether you walk, run, garden, sail, cycle, read...this class is designed for students who want to live life better through Yoga. The focus will be on building strength and confidence, gaining flexabl=ility, improving health, and renewing one's spirit. Classes will include warm-up exercises and stretching, breathing techniques, yoga postures and relaxation and meditation. The classes, which are relaxing and centering are structured for students of all ages who are new to Yoga.

Weekly private sessions by appointment.
Registration for the class is by sending a check payable to Cynthia Straub, for the amount of the series. Drops ins are cash only the night of class. For details and mailing address call Cynthia directly

Refunds and Cancellations
Payments for the class series are non-refundable. Only if a cancellation is made within a minimum of 72 hours before the beginning of the program, a full refund will be given. No exceptions.
One make up class will be extended at the end of the series.

Things to Know
Classes are held at Stone Temple Sanctuary in the Lower Level.
The room is kept on the warm side to support your practice, please dress accordingly. An empty stomach or near empty stomach is always best. Whenever possible, please refrain from perfumes and heavy scents as a courtesy to instructors and other students. We are committed to the class being a positive, healthy experience for every student. If something is not working for you, please let us know. We learn from you too. All feedback is welcome.
Bring your own sticky mat. Bring water and a towel for your convenience.
Wear comfortable light clothing that allows maximum movement.
